It's all about the tea

My wife and I take over Adelaide's finest and oldest tea shop on Monday (that's Adelaide, South Australia, not the town of the same name in California!). It's been a long raod so far and we haven't even opened officially. On the other hand, we now own over 200 kilos od tea!

Popular Tea Traditions of Our Culture

I am happy to tell you about the tea traditions in New Delhi and most cities in India. Over here the most popular form of tea consumption is the black processed tea. We boil say 3/4 th cup of water, then add milk say 1/4 th cup to it. When this mixture comes to a boil, we add black tea to it and sugar. After giving it 2-3 boils, so that the flavor of tea seeps into the mixture more completely, we filter it and then consume it. Most households over here consume tea, two times in a day at least.
